Why are all villains foot/boot fetishists? Probably because so many of us Deviant are!
As much as I like long full views of Diana, I understand the need for two panels to show the important points, her shoes and boots with the villain fondling her legs, and his assistant (minion?0 checking Wondie's inhalation mask to make sure she stays out cold. Diana's eyebrows are still distressed, but the gas is having its effect; she is nearly out.
Simply beautiful.
Only they didn't show this in movies or tv... maybe they want to save time?
